OutcomesAI has secured $10 million in seed funding, led by Santé Ventures, to further develop its AI-powered nursing model.
The company integrates AI voice agents with qualified nurses to increase nursing capacity, reduce costs and provide patients with faster access to care.
The funding will accelerate the company’s expansion into pharmaceutical partnerships, healthcare systems and virtual care programs.
It will also accelerate the commercial rollout of OutcomesAI and facilitate the launch of dedicated nursing service lines.
OutcomesAI has introduced Glia, an AI engine designed specifically for nursing. Glia integrates AI voice agents that handle both incoming and outgoing patient calls with registered nurses providing services such as virtual care, triage, patient support programs and post-acute follow-up.
The voice agents are able to record symptoms, schedule appointments, coordinate follow-up actions and provide education in multiple languages.
Nurses benefit from AI productivity tools including real-time writing and protocol guidance.
OutcomesAI founder and CEO Kuldeep Singh Rajput said: “The healthcare industry is running out of nursing capacity, and incremental solutions won’t solve this. With OutcomesAI, we’re not replacing nurses; we’re multiplying them.
“By combining AI voice agents with licensed nursing teams, we are giving time back to the people at the heart of care, reducing burnout and building a sustainable, scalable model for the future.”
Santé Ventures founder and managing director Joe Cunningham, AVIA senior advisor Linda Finkel, Santé Ventures managing director Dennis McWilliams and Tempus AI co-founder Kevin White will join the board of directors, alongside Kuldeep Singh Rajput.
Cunningham said: “With a projected shortage of 13 million nurses by 2030, the industry is desperate for scalable solutions.
“We invested in OutcomesAI because they are rethinking how to scale nursing capacity – not with incremental solutions, but with a model that combines AI with clinical services to deliver measurable impact. We believe this approach has the potential to redefine virtual care and set a new standard for safety, empathy and efficiency in healthcare.”
